Being on the spring-seminar in Okinawa in 2005 we could watch Tamayose-sensei training throwing the sai intensively. He told us he had already done 10,000 throws from October 2004 until March 2005.

At the moment (May 2005) he has already done more than 13,000 throws! Respect Kaicho Tamayose!

This technique is a part of the KATA KUGUSHIKU (KOJÔ)-NO-SAI, which has to be demonstrated for the 5th DAN-examination.
